Magnetic Island Subdivision

Magnetic Island is located 5km east of Townsville. The completed 19 block subdivision is fully serviced including power, phone, water supply and storm water. Works also included the construction of two small cul-de-sacs finished with an asphalt surface. These works were constructed within the sensitive environmental requirements of the Townsville City Council.
